The main challenge was to combine high structural stability during multi-unit transit with advanced mechanical safety systems to eliminate tipping hazards during manual operations in diverse weather environments.

Proximo designed and manufactured a custom industrial logistics trolley equipped with an integrated anti-tilt interlocking mechanism and flexible logistics train coupling capabilities. Protected by a weather-resistant, dual-sided opening tarpaulin, the trolley ensures secure and flexible performance for both indoor production floors and outdoor transport tracks.

Scope of Work

Comprehensive engineering and manufacturing services:

• Mechanical design of the custom trolley chassis and internal shelving layout
