As part of the project, we modified an existing penetrant testing line at the customer’s site for the purpose of expanding the range of tests carried out. The implementation included the construction of a bath for penetrant and a washer for cleaning products from penetrant with the function of a rotating table. In addition, the use of lamps with a UV light source on the bench makes it possible to inspect the quality of products.
