The client required a significant upgrade of their existing on-site penetrant testing (NDT) line to scale up the throughput and expand the overall scope of their non-destructive material evaluation processes. The integration needed to seamlessly fit into the current layout while enhancing both cleaning efficiency and inspection accuracy.
Solution
Proximo engineered and integrated specialized line extensions, including a custom-built penetrant immersion bath and an advanced post-test washing station utilizing an integrated rotating table mechanism.
