The only laboratory in southern Poland accredited in the field of torque and pressure.
The laboratory operates according to ISO 17025 guidelines and is accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) in the field of torque and pressure calibration. The accredited activities of the Laboratory are defined in the scope of accreditation of the Calibration Laboratory No. AP 193, available on request and also on the PCA website www.pca.gov.pl.
Laboratory is equipped with modern high-tech equipment. In terms of calibration within and outside the accreditation area, we have three value calibration stations:
- calibration station for dynamometric tools
- calibration station for pressure sensors
- calibration station for temperature sensors
- calibration stand for dial gauges and gap gauges
All standards used in our Laboratory have current calibration certificates issued by accredited calibration laboratories.
For the duration of the calibration service we offer the possibility of renting torque wrenches.
The laboratory operates in accordance with the management system according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and, in the field of calibration, offers:
1. Calibration of torque wrenches and screwdrivers up to 1,000 N
2. Calibration of pressure gauges:
- -0.9÷2.5 bar (relative, accuracy: 0.02% FS)
- -0.9÷25 bar (relative, absolute, accuracy: 0.03% FS)
- up to 1000 bar (relative, accuracy: 0.1% RD (indications))
- 350 bar (absolute, accuracy: 0,05% FS (range))
- 0÷70 bar (relative, accuracy: 0.025% of span in this case sensors with HART communication)
3. Calibration of temperature sensors:
- 0÷350°C
- Thermocouples K,T,J,S,E
- RTD sensors e.g. Pt 100, Pt 1000 et al.
- Thermometers
- Temperature transmitters with current output 4÷20mA or voltage output
4. Calibration of dial gauges:
- 0÷50 mm (accuracy: 6 μm)
- digital, analogue, tilt stylus sensors
5. Calibration of gap meters:
- 0.02÷3mm (accuracy: 6 μm)
