The rig provides a flow test with the required test parameters. The test verifies whether it is possible to get the required flow of the medium through the test object under the set test conditions.
The test rig was built as a device divided into two segments:
- the section for preparation of the test medium – it contains all the equipment for proper stabilization of the test conditions in accordance with the requirements (pressure and temperature), as well as measuring equipment, from that information is taken and presented on the screen on the control panel.
- chamber with a closed cover – inside the chamber the test object is placed, to which, with the use of hydraulic quick couplings, the medium is connected. The chamber is equipped with a comprehensive sight glass and lighting that allows the operator to observe the test. Actuators located inside the chamber allow for smooth opening and closing of the cover.
The test rig can be adapted to the customer’s special requirements, including: the possibility of changing the pressure operating range, changing the size of the chamber, adapting to work with a variety of media (aviation fuel, oil, water).
