We have testing stations from reputable manufacturers, which are regularly calibrated and maintained to the highest standards.

Torque Calibration Station

A specialized workstation equipped with precision reference systems, designed for inspecting torque tools.

  • Calibration of torque wrenches: Measuring range: 0.2 Nm to 3000 Nm
  • Calibration of torque screwdrivers: Measuring range: 0.2 Nm to 20 Nm

Temperature Calibration Station

A workstation designed for calibrating temperature sensors and temperature processing systems.

  • Temperature range: from 0°C to 350°C
  • Calibrated sensors and instruments:
    • Thermocouples
    • RTD resistance sensors (e.g., Pt100, Pt1000, and others)
    • Temperature transducers with current (4–20 mA) or voltage output

Pressure Calibration Station

A workstation capable of calibrating instruments across a wide range—from vacuum to high hydraulic pressures.

Calibrated instruments:

  • Spring-loaded pressure gauges (manometers)
  • Electronic blood pressure monitors
  • Pressure transducers with current and voltage outputs

Scope of calibration: From -0.9 bar to 1,000 bar

Length Station

Precision testing station for small instruments used to measure geometric dimensions.

Dial indicator:

  • Types: digital, analog, with a tilting pin (diatest)
  • Measuring range: 0 to 50 mm

Measurement of the angle of rotation

A precision stand for measuring the angle of rotation, e.g., of torque tools.

  • Full trading range

Electrical Measurement Station

The laboratory is equipped with a high-end multifunction calibrator for testing control and measurement equipment used in electronics and electrical engineering.

Calibrated instruments:

  • Digital and analog multimeters
  • Digital Current and Voltage Meters
  • Data acquisition cards (data acquisition systems)

We also perform professional calibrations of instruments outside the scope of our accreditation, ensuring measurement consistency and procedures in accordance with our quality management system.

Specialized calibration station for torque measurement

A unique calibration service for specialized instruments from the Bidwell Power-Dyne product line.

  • Compatible with all models (e.g., PD-603 and PD-1201) up to 2,000 ft-lbs
