Providing services in the field of design and construction of test stands and aviation test cells. From We concept, development, technical and functional design services for both new-build installationsor existing as part of upgrade or adaptation to specific test requirements. As part of our projects, we providing mechanical engineering services and in the area of automation and industrial controller programming, as well as data acquisition and processing.
Proximo Aero has completed a project for the modification of a test stand for the run-in and acceptance testing of the RD-33 engine pump, and has designed a new test stand for analyzing air contamination with oil vapor and carbon monoxide. As part of the project, a multi-range, automated air flow calibration stand was developed, enabling precise measurements of bearing compartment leakage under both positive and negative pressure conditions. The entire system is equipped with an operator panel (HMI) for full control and supervision of the testing process.
Scope of services provided:
- development of technical and functional concepts for test rigs and stands
- mechanical design of process installations and supporting structures
- design of working media installations, including compressed air supply systems and other process media
- preparation of complete technical and detailed engineering documentation
- manufacturing, assembly, and integration of test stands
- modernization and upgrading of existing infrastructure and test facilities
- integration of measurement instrumentation and data acquisition (DAQ) systems
- monitoring and logging of specific operating parameters of installations and test objects
- implementation of remote control and supervision of test execution
- design and integration of independent safety systems, including solutions tailored to ATEX requirements
- expansion of test rig functionality and capabilities
- integration of new measurement and control systems
