Service facilities required a specialized, mobile station capable of performing precise airflow calibration for engine bearing compartments. The device had to strictly meet the engine manufacturer’s rigorous technical requirements, support both positive pressure and vacuum modes, and handle multiple measurement ranges across different connection configurations.

Proximo designed and engineered the Multi Range Airflow Calibration Cart. This highly versatile, mobile station enables accurate detection and measurement of leaks within engine bearing compartments under variable pressure conditions. The system features four distinct, selectable calibration modes and an intuitive touchscreen control interface.
